What to Put in Your Email
You do not need a perfect message, but a few details let us act on the first reply instead of asking for them one by one:
- What it is about — a question, a correction, a complaint, or a report, in your own words.
- The page or place involved — a full address on this site, or where in the chat experience something happened.
- When it happened, roughly, if you are reporting something time-sensitive.
- A reply address you actually check, in case we need one clarification.
Please do not include passwords, payment details, or explicit material in any email to us — descriptions are enough for us to act.
What to Expect Back
We aim to respond promptly and will not quote you a turnaround time we cannot guarantee. Every message gets read; messages with the details above get resolved fastest. If your request falls outside what we can do — for example, something only the connected chat platform can act on — we will say so plainly rather than leave you waiting.
Faster Routes for Specific Problems
Some things should not sit in a general inbox queue:
